It's the most common pattern in founder and family-owned operating companies — construction, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services — and it has nothing to do with how hard anyone is working. In this free 60-minute session, Certified EOS Implementer Glenn Perkins shows you the operating system that turns a capable team into a predictable one.
Revenue is growing. The market is there. Your people are good at their jobs. And still, every important decision routes back through you, priorities shift by the week, and the initiatives you were most excited about quietly stall. That isn't a people problem. It's a missing operating system.
You hired capable people. The decisions land on your desk anyway, every single day.
The growth you wanted brought more complexity, not more time or control.
Everyone is busy. But pointed at the same goal? On most weeks, not quite.
Initiatives launch with real energy, then quietly fall apart before they take hold.
Every engagement starts in the same place, regardless of industry or size.
A simplified, compelling long-term vision and a clear, executable plan to get there. Everyone can name where the company is going.
Clear roles, quarterly priorities, weekly scorecards and disciplined meeting rhythms, so the organization executes consistently as it scales.
Candid, structured conversations that resolve issues quickly, build trust, and create teams capable of sustaining high performance.
Companies hit predictable friction points at every milestone. You'll see exactly where yours is coming from.
Vision. People. Data. Issues. Process. Traction. Most companies are strong in one or two and struggling in the rest.
Not just in meetings. In execution, every week, with clear roles and measurable accountability.
Clear priorities, weekly scorecards, and a meeting structure that solves problems instead of creating them.
Construction, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services. See what changes when the system is right.
Glenn grew up in a hardworking entrepreneurial family. Alongside their day jobs, his mother ran a small coffee shop and his father operated a bookkeeping and tax practice serving local business owners. Discipline, integrity, accountability and service came from them, and still guide his work today.
Before EOS, Glenn spent a decade at Northrop Grumman, rising to Corporate Vice President and Multi-Site Executive of Marine Systems — a business unit of 1,500 people generating $500M in annual revenue. In 2008 he turned around a $30M program in crisis and delivered a critical component for a classified military satellite. He has run complexity at a scale most owners never will.
For more than fifteen years he has worked with over 100 small and mid-sized business leaders across Silicon Valley, the SF Bay Area, Fresno and Northern California. Since earning certification, he has implemented EOS with more than 30 founder and family-owned operating companies and facilitated more than 300 full-day leadership sessions.
He has also led more than 250 business owner peer forums and over 400 one-on-one coaching sessions, roughly 1,600 hours of live leadership facilitation, about 75% of it directly with owners running 20–200 person companies.
Real teams, real numbers, in their own words.
